Excellent Red Gasket Maker
It's a high quality single-component silicon-based gasket that cures into silicone caoutchouc at room temperature. It possesses an excellent stability under extreme temperature. The sealant creates reliable gasket, which is not exposed to fissuring, shrinking or shifting caused by temperature rapid changes. Substitutes stuffing-boxes as well as gaskets made of asbestos, rubber, felt, paper, cork and metal. Supplementary application on the basic gaskets improves their heat resistance. The gasket maker is developed and recommended for warranty repair of European, Japanese and Korean automobiles. It is efficiently used for repair of units as follows: caps of valve system, crankcase oil pan, thermostat housings, transmissions. Resistant against impact of lubricants, coolants, water, fuel, kerosene, acid solutions and alkalis. It is easily applied and remains flexible. After applying onto degreased surface make it even and smooth by soapy water. 24 hours later the gasket can be exposed to loadings. Could be used at temperature: from -60°С up to +345°С (shortly).
